Trinity Completes Northern Nevada Industrial Lease

Trinity Commercial Real Estate of Reno, Nevada announced today the completion of a multi-year industrial lease agreement at the Sparks Business Center in Sparks, Nevada.  Lance Faulstich, CCIM, SIOR, a Trinity Principal, working as the exclusive representative of the owner of the Sparks Business Center completed the industrial lease agreement between the property owner and TruGreen.  TruGreen will occupy the suite located at 605 Boxington Way #108 in the over 400,000 square foot industrial center at the corner of Sparks Boulevard and Prater Way.  The industrial center is owned by WDCI, Inc. a subsidiary of A&B Properties who owns over 9 million square feet in the Western United States.
