Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada.  Brian Armon, CCIM, a Trinity Principal, successfully marketed and negotiated the lease agreement for the 7,500 square foot building commonly known as the “Big Yellow House” at the intersection of South Virginia and Interstate 395.  The building will be occupied by Century 21 Miner Realty.
