Trinity Commercial Real Estate, a Reno, Nevada commercial real estate company specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, finalized a long term lease agreement for 7,000 square feet of class A office space in the Hale Lane Office Building in Reno, Nevada’s Mountain View Business Park. Brian Armon, CCIM a Principal at Trinity represented the tenant, Financial Solutions, LLC, a producer of software for the alternative investment industry with offices in New York, London, Tokyo, Memphis, and Reno. Lance Faulstich, CCIM, SIOR a Principal at Trinity represented the landlord of the 65,000 square foot Class A Office Building. Financial Solutions, LLC will join Hale Lane, Ticor Title, & State Farm Insurance as the newest tenant in the building.
