Trinity, a Reno, Nevada based commercial real estate firm specializing in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and land properties is pleased to announce the completion of a multi-year retail lease agreement with Elite Industries.  Elite Industries leased 1,736 square feet at 90 East Glendale Avenue in Sparks, Nevada.  Brian Armon, CCIM a Principal at Trinity successfully represented the landlord of the Glen Carran Center, a Flex project consisting of over 125,000 square feet in Sparks, Nevada.
