Motorcycle Parts Distribution Center Leases Sparks Warehouse

Trinity, a Reno, NV commercial real estate brokerage has completed a mutli-year lease agreement with Motorcycle Parts Distributor, Tyga USA, for their US distribution center.  Tyga USA provides carbon fiber parts and accessories for modern sport bikes and is active in supporting motorcycle racing.  They will import and distribute their products from the warehouse located in the Glen Carran Centre in Sparks, NV.  The Northern Nevada distribution point allows Tyga USA to provide product to the majority of their clients in less than a day via truck along with the exceptional tax advantages of locating in Nevada.  Brian Armon, SIOR, CCIM represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
