Career Summary:

As a principal at Trinity Lance brings knowledge and experience in purchasing, leasing and sales of commercial real estate. Having completed over 600 transactions in his career, Lance brings a wealth of experience that few others can duplicate. Early in his career Lance focused exclusively on office, completing both lease and sale transactions. Later he focused on the life cycle of projects taking them from conception, through leasing and finally the sale as an investment property.

Experience:

Since 1992 Lance has been involved in real estate, both the development and construction process working for industry leaders like the Ribiero Companies. In 1997 Lance transitioned to full time commercial real estate sales, and leasing , an industry he is in to this day.
