Sparks Distribution Facility Lease Agreement Completed
December 15, 2009

Trinity Commercial Real Estate of Reno, Nevada is pleased to announce the completion of a long-term lease agreement for a distribution facility in Sparks, Nevada. Lance Faulstich, CCIM, SIOR successfully negotiated the agreement between the tenant, Kenco Logistics Services, and the landlord, WDCI, Inc. for the 25,000 square foot distribution facility located at the Sparks Business Center.
