Trinity, a Reno commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the completion of the largest office lease in Northern Nevada this year.  Brian Armon, CCIM, a Principal with Trinity, successfully represented the owner of the office building at 1421 Pullman Drive in Sparks, Nevada in the lease of the entire 33,000 square foot building.  The property was leased to the Career College of Northern Nevada who will relocate from their current location and substantially expand to support the growing demand for technical & skilled training in the area.
